Lars Hardt

Lars Hardt has held various high-level positions throughout their career. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Sales at Impact Floors, where they focused on building relationships with property management companies and educating customers about market trends. Prior to that, Lars was the Regional Vice President in Dallas and the Sales Executive at Impact Floors. From 2010 to 2014, Lars managed the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the Dallas branch, including sales and operations planning and management. Lars also has experience in regional sales management and as a Regional Vice President of Sales for Arbor Contract Carpet. Most recently, Lars worked as the President of Liberty Paint and Drywall and Liberty Group Construction Services from 2020 to 2023. Currently, Lars is a Regional Vice President at Impact Property Solutions.

Lars Hardt attended Nanci Hawes Real Estate School in 1997-1998, studying Real Estate. Prior to that, Lars Hardt studied at Eastwood High School from 1988-1991.
