Erica Zimmermann is a seasoned recruitment professional specializing in the technology sector, currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Impact Recruitment since July 2022. With a strong foundation in talent acquisition, Erica previously held the position of Talent Partner at Annapurna Recruitment for a brief period in early 2022. Prior roles include Senior and Recruitment Consultant at Impact Teachers and Vision Teaching, respectively, and Instructor roles with Protocol Education and the Toronto District School Board. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto, reflecting a solid educational background in both arts and teaching.
