Joe Mignacca

Joe Mignacca has over 20 years of experience in the IT staffing and solutions industry. Joe currently serves as the President of IMPACT Technology Recruiting, where they lead a team of experienced recruiters to deliver top talent to their clients. Prior to joining IMPACT, Joe held various leadership positions at DIVERSANT, LLC, including Regional Vice President and Managing Director. Joe also served as the Vice President of Sales at IMPACT Technology Recruiting from 2013 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Joe worked at Experis as a Lead Business Development Manager, responsible for managing full sales cycles and developing new accounts. Joe also worked at Yoh IT, where they served as a Branch Manager/Business Development Manager and an Account Manager. Joe began their career at Technisource as a Technical Recruiter/Account Executive, where they recruited and placed IT professionals at various client sites. With their extensive experience and track record of success, Joe has established himself as a leader in the IT staffing industry.

Joe Mignacca earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1996. Joe also obtained a certification in "Creating Change: Diversity and Inclusion in the Tech Industry" from LinkedIn in 2021.
