Ross Pearce-Pownall

Ross Pearce-Pownall has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Ross started their career as an Audit Manager: Insurance at Deloitte UK in October 2011, where they later became a Project Business Analyst and then a Strategy and Operations Manager: Insurance. During their time at Deloitte UK, Ross was involved in various projects related to insurance transformation, including business process re-engineering, data analysis and reconciliation, organizational design, robotics process automation, and analytics.

In 2018, Ross joined Deloitte Canada as a Strategy and Operations Manager: Insurance, where they worked until August 2019. Ross then moved on to Pownall Fox Limited in August 2019, where they served as a Director until February 2020.

Following their role at Pownall Fox Limited, Ross joined Seasalt in February 2020 as the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. Ross later became the Head of Commercial Finance at the same company in July 2022. Ross's tenure at Seasalt ended in March 2023.

Currently, Ross Pearce-Pownall holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Impact Travel Group, where they started in March 2023.

Ross Pearce-Pownall completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Management with a Modern Language (German) at the University of Bath from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended St Albans School from 2000 to 2007.
