Robert Cairns

Robert Cairns is an experienced professional currently serving as a Resource Partner at Impact Washington since January 2017, where responsibilities include contract auditing and implementation to meet ISO 9001, 13485, and AS9100 requirements, along with roles as both audit team member and Lead Auditor. In addition, Robert has held the position of Member/Manager at Community Specialists, LLC since July 2004, providing management and technical solutions to businesses and consulting for community management companies to enhance property values and community experiences. Previous experience includes serving as a Community Association Manager at CWD Group, Inc. AAMC, where Robert managed multiple communities, and as Engineering Manager at Respironics, Inc., overseeing a team involved in product enhancements. Robert holds multiple degrees from Kennesaw State University, including an MBA in Finance and an MBA in Institutional Administration, as well as a BSEET in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University.
