Francesca Gangitano

Francesca Gangitano has extensive experience in strategy and planning within the experience design and event management industries. Francesca is currently working as a Senior Director of Strategy & Planning at Impact XM, where they focus on innovation in experience design. Prior to this, they held positions at UP THERE, EVERYWHERE, MRM-McCann, Freeman, Signal Over Noise Inc, PBJS, MSL Group, Jack Morton Worldwide, AWESTRUCK, MKTG, Inc, Cramer, Broadstreet, George P Johnson, and Exhibitgroup/Giltspur. In these roles, they have worked with various clients in industries such as life sciences, biotech, pharma, devices, consumer projects, and product launches. Francesca has a track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams, achieving pitch and program objectives, and driving significant growth in accounts under management. Francesca has also developed and managed departments, won new business, optimized department effectiveness, and upgraded pitch research and creative components. Francesca Gangitano has a strong background in developing strategic programs, event management, marketing communications, brand strategy, and creative development.

Francesca Gangitano holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature/European History from Albertus Magnus College. Francesca also has a pending Master's Degree in English Literature from Connecticut College. In 2015, they obtained several certifications, including being a Reiki Master and Reiki Teacher from NY Open Center, Somatic Therapy and Chakra Therapy from Sacred Centers, and Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher from the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA). Francesca also obtained coaching certifications from iPEC Coaching, including Life and Leadership Coach and Performance Dynamics/Mastery Mindset Coach. Francesca is also certified as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and a COR.E Dynamics | Performance Dynamics Specialist (CPDS) from the same institution. Additionally, Francesca holds an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification.
