Beatriz Freindorfer Azevedo

Beatriz Freindorfer Azevedo is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Product and UX at Try Consultoria since March 2024. Alongside this role, Beatriz has been a Guest Lecturer at Impacta since August 2020, teaching the "Introduction to Business Vision" course, which focuses on product design and financial outcomes. Previously, Beatriz held the position of Head of Design, UX, and Product Marketing at Contabilizei from September 2021 to March 2024, where contributions were made to growth strategies and product innovations for small entrepreneurs. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Design for Customer Acquisition at Itaú Unibanco, leading the design of digital journeys that significantly increased online sales. Beatriz's early career included project coordination at Gad'Lippincott, working on innovation and product launches for notable clients. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in design from USP, specialization in MarTech Strategy from Northwestern University, studies in neuroscience and psychology at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and additional qualifications in communication design and user experience.
