Andrés Jara

Andrés Jara is a prominent figure in the legal technology sector, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Global LegalTech Hub and as the Director of the LegalTech Chapter at Founder Institute. As a Venture Partner and Legal Advisor at Impacta VC since March 2022, Andrés has focused on innovation within legal services. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Kea Technology Inc., Andrés is dedicated to creating a new workspace for digital lawyers. In addition to these roles, Andrés founded Alster Legal, pioneering alternative legal services in Latin America. With a strong academic background that includes an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master in Law and Business from Bucerius Law School, Andrés also contributes as a visiting lecturer at various institutions and holds ambassadorial roles in innovation and legal hackathons. Furthermore, Andrés is actively involved as the Director of Investments for the Cámara de Comercio e Industria Colombo Chilena, fostering M&A opportunities between Chile and Colombia.
