Kristina Pihlblad Bohnerth has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Kristina started their career as a Lärarvikarie at Kävlinge kommun in 2006. In 2010, they became a Verksamhetsledare (Kurator) at Helsingkrona Nation, where they had full personal and budget responsibility for 3 MSEK and 2000 members. Kristina reported directly to the board and was involved in budgeting and budget monitoring of the entire organization. In 2015, they took on the role of Handledare & facilitator at ActionAid, where they coached and motivated volunteers and employees to build engagement in groups working with intercultural collaboration. In 2016, they became a Community Manager at GoVolunteer, where they motivated and coordinated 300+ volunteers in a non-profit organization focused on social work, and activated and updated 1000+ members by writing/sending newsletters twice a month. In 2017, they were hired as a Content Manager at Lesara, where they worked with SEO, copywriting, and CRM systems, and created content for the Swedish market. In 2018, they took a parental leave. In 2019, they became an Initiativtagare, projektledare & coach at Impact Jobs Sverige, where they built a 'community' with a focus on sustainability in the workplace and society. Kristina also wrote an application for a sustainable growth project, which was accepted into the 'Preink' incubator run by Ideon Innovation in Lund, Minc in Malmö, Blekinge Tekniska Högskola and funded by Tillväxtverket, among others. In 2022, they were a Koordinator Telephone Fundraising at Amnesty International Sweden. Finally, in 2023, they became a Strategic Liaison Manager at Impactpool.

Kristina Pihlblad Bohnerth's education history consists of a Kandidatexamen in Arkeologi from Lund University (2008-2012), a Master's degree in Sustainable Development from Uppsala University (2013-2015), a short course in Antropologi from The University of Western Australia (2013), a Diplomerad Coach from Folkuniversitetet (2020), a B2 in Tyska from Die Deutschule (2015-2016), and a course in Bokföring from Folkuniversitetet (2021). Kristina also holds a certification as a Fairtrade Ambassador from Fairtrade Sverige.
