Mike Crosby

Mike Crosby has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Mike currently works at Energy Vault as the Director of Talent Acquisition, where they manage a small team, builds scalable processes, and oversees full-cycle recruitment. Prior to this, they were the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Energy Vault, where they established recruiting processes and brought on key talent in various areas.

Before their time at Energy Vault, Mike worked at Age of Learning, Inc. as a Senior Recruiter and as a Recruiter on contract basis. Mike also has experience at Ticketmaster as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where they hired numerous employees and served as a program manager and facilitator for training modules. Mike was also the leader of the Pride Nation LGBTQ+ resource group at Ticketmaster.

Additionally, Mike has held positions at DIRECTV / AT&T Entertainment Group as a Staffing Manager and Sourcer, as well as at Medtronic as a Senior Analyst in Sales Operations. Mike also has experience in education, having served as a High School Assistant Principal at Campbell Hall (Episcopal) and as a Teacher of Science and coach at Loyola High School.

Furthermore, Mike has worked as an Admissions Head Consultant and Stanford Specialist at Veritas Prep, and as an MBA Sales and Marketing Summer Intern at Amgen.

Mike Crosby earned a BA in Biology from Harvard University in 2002 and later pursued an MA in Education from Stanford University Graduate School of Education from 2006 to 2008. At the same time, they also completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Human Resources Management from Loyola Marymount University. Prior to their college education, Mike attended Harvard-Westlake School from 1994 to 1998.
