Niky Mason

Niky Mason currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at IMPAKT Housing & Support since December 2022. Previously, Niky was the Business Owner of Castle Pets Bedfordshire Limited from July 2017 to December 2022. Prior human resources roles include positions as a Human Resources Advisor at Millbrook and PJ Care, a Senior Human Resources Assistant at HYPERION INSURANCE GROUP LIMITED, and a Human Resources Officer at Hybrid Air Vehicles Ltd. Niky began the career in human resources at Borneos Solicitors as a Human Resources Office Manager and has held various HR assistant roles in organizations such as EMW Law LLP and CILEX Law School. Niky obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Bedfordshire between 2011 and 2013.
