Ken Devine

Ken Devine has extensive experience in franchise operations and management, currently serving as the Franchise Onboarding Manager at Generator Supercenter since September 2023. Previously, Ken held the role of Franchise Start-Up Operations Manager at Shack Shine from August 2022 to September 2023 and worked as a Franchise Business Consultant at Kiddie Academy from September 2019 to August 2022. Earlier career roles include Manager of Operations and Training at King’s Bierhaus and Regional Manager at SWEET TOMATOES. Ken's foundational experience began at Panera Bread, where roles included Director of Operations, Senior Manager of Franchise Operations, and General Manager. Ken Devine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from MidAmerica Nazarene University between 1983 and 1987.
