Tsholofelo Tsholofelo has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. They have worked in various roles and companies, starting with K & M Mining Botswana as a Procurement Specialist in 2012. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Principal Research Analyst at the African Development Bank Group, where they supported the buying team and gained negotiation skills. They then joined Debswana Diamond Company as a Senior Supply Chain Specialist, coordinating plans for procurement, distribution, and demand planning.
