Justin Grogan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success. Currently serving as Manager of Major Accounts - East at Impel, the largest privately held vertically integrated AI company globally, Justin oversees a team of nine Regional Performance Managers. Previously, Justin held the position of Regional Performance Manager, managing a portfolio of 250 accounts in the Southeast with a 99% Gross Revenue Retention Year-to-Date for 2025. Prior to Impel, Justin worked as a Customer Success Manager at Medical Solutions and as a Career Consultant at Enterprise Holdings, where responsibilities included Area Rental Manager. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Warner University, earned between 2010 and 2012.
