Thomas Mcnerney

Thomas Mcnerney has been in the field of human resources for over 20 years. Thomas started their career as an HR generalist at Aspen Dental, where they rose through the ranks to become vice president of human resources. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's HR function, including benefits, compensation, employee relations, and talent management.

In May 2019, Thomas left Aspen Dental to join The Widewaters Group as chief people officer. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of Widewaters' HR function, including benefits, compensation, employee relations, and talent management.

Thomas is a highly experienced and respected HR professional. Thomas is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and make decisions that are in the best interests of the company and its employees. Thomas is a strong advocate for their team and always puts the needs of their employees first.

Thomas Mcnerney completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing at Mercy College. Thomas also holds a SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. In addition, they have completed a Business Simulation Capstone course at FLI.

They are on a team with Kerstin Todd - VP, Strategic Relationships, Andrea Myers - VP, Customer Success, and Steven Saporta - CTO. Thomas Mcnerney reports to Devin Daly, Co-Founder & CEO.
