The founding team at Impel comes from a variety of backgrounds and industries. Co-Founder and CEO, Alex Heidari, has experience in private equity and venture capital investment analysis from his time at Cambridge Associates. He also has a background in sales management from his time at My Green Energy Audit. Another co-founder and managing partner at StartFast, Joe Fontes, has experience as an analyst from his time at Merrill Lynch. Lastly, the team is rounded out by Michael Weintraub who has a degree in Economics from NYU.
