John Mack has had a diverse and successful career in the investment banking and private equity industries. John started in 1991 as the CEO of Protection One, where they led the company for nearly a decade. In 2000, they became the CEO of USBX, a position they held until 2007. During that time, they also joined Imperial Capital, LLC as the EVP and MD, where they co-headed the investment banking division. In 2008, they co-founded Egis Capital Partners and served as a partner until 2017. Overall, John Mack has had significant leadership and strategic roles throughout their career.
John Mack started their education at Polytechnic High School from 1973 to 1977. John then attended Stanford University from 1977 to 1981, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology. Later, in 1999, they attended UCLA Anderson School of Management and completed an MBA in Finance between 1999 and 2001.
