Kara Ekert Sabino

Kara Ekert Sabino has a vast range of work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Kara is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Imperial Dade since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the CHRO and Head of People at Tru Kids Brands from June 2019 to October 2020. Kara also held positions at Toys"R"Us, where they served as Vice President of Human Resources from May 2018 to June 2019, and as Vice President of Global Total Rewards from January 2016 to May 2018. Before that, they worked at L'Oréal as the Vice President of Human Resources. Their responsibilities at L'Oréal included being a strategic business partner to corporate functions and ensuring talent strategies aligned with overall business goals. Earlier in their career, Kara worked at Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) and Wise Foods in various human resources management positions.

Kara Ekert Sabino possesses a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rowan University and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resources Management from Rutgers University.
