Rajesh Patel

Rajesh Patel has extensive experience in HRIS and HR technology roles. Rajesh is currently the Director of HRIS at Imperial Dade, where they are responsible for designing and implementing HR systems and technology. Prior to that, they worked at International Flavors & Fragrances, serving as the Managing Director of Global HRIS & Workforce Analytics, Director of HR Technology & Service Delivery, HRIS Manager, and Senior Business Process Engineer, HR. Rajesh also has experience as a Systems Manager at Altria Corporate Services, Inc. Throughout their career, they have implemented various technology solutions, improved operational efficiencies, and provided strategic guidance in HR operations and workforce analytics.

Rajesh Patel has a Master's degree in Computer Applications from the School of Computer Science in Indore. Rajesh also has a Bachelor of Science degree from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya. Additionally, they have obtained a PMP certification from PMI in July 2009.
