Sandra Sampson

Sandra Sampson, MSLIS, has extensive experience in data governance, taxonomy, and product management. Sandra is currently the Director of Product Catalog at Imperial Dade, where they established the function and department from the ground up. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Product Data and Taxonomy Management at TE Connectivity, overseeing the entire product data lifecycle and taxonomy strategy. Sandra also has experience in the United States Army Reserve as an Automated Logistical Specialist. In addition, they were a Browse Developer and Taxonomist at Amazon, where they optimized taxonomy and enhanced website performance. Sandra also worked at QVC as a Senior Librarian, leading teams and managing enterprise content and taxonomy. Sandra began their career as a Senior Project Support Specialist at HP and as an Esthetician at Moments Salon & Spa. Sandra's work experience demonstrates their expertise in data governance, taxonomy management, and product data lifecycle.

Sandra Sampson, MSLIS, has a Master of Science in Library and Information Science (MSLIS) and Information Systems from Drexel University. Sandra also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. In addition, they hold a Master's Certificate in Sports Gambling Education from Ohio University. Sandra has obtained various certifications, including the Advent Leadership Academy from Harvard Business School Executive Education, GS1 Connect Standards Advocate from GS1 US, PIM Proficiency from Salsify, and GS1 Foundations Online Certificate from GS1 US.
