Ravin Lee

Ravin Lee has a diverse work experience in the field of polymers and chemicals. Their most recent role was as the Polymers Sales and Operations Planning Lead at Imperial Oil, where they oversaw supply and demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics for a distribution network spanning North America, Latin America, and Europe. Ravin also managed a wide-spec/export sales channel and repositioned supply assets to optimize production and sales. Prior to this, Ravin held the position of Polymers Supply Demand Planner at the same company, where they implemented strategies to drive sales growth and enhance supply flexibility. Ravin also worked as a Supply & Logistics Coordinator - Chemicals, pioneering a new role and implementing operational improvements. Before joining Imperial Oil, Ravin served as a Technical Contact Engineer and provided technical support, implemented optimization strategies, and led cross-disciplined teams. Ravin began their career as a Process Technical Engineering Co-op at Imperial Oil, where they supported troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts in the refinery. Ravin also gained experience at INVISTA as a Polymer Manufacturing Summer Student, operating heavy machinery and performing quality control. Additionally, they worked as a Fibre Manufacturing Summer Student at the same company.

Ravin Lee attended Queen's University from 2014 to 2018, where they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Chemical Engineering with Professional Internship.
