Barbara Kozlowicz

Barbara Kozlowicz has a significant amount of work experience in the field of human resources. Barbara served as the Head of Human Resources at Imperial War Museums from August 2018 to the present, where they provided senior generalist HR support to stakeholders, guided them through complex HR issues, and drove change and development when necessary. From April 2015 to August 2018, Barbara was an HR Business Partner at the same company, delivering proactive business partnering service on all areas of HR function and leading and advising on HR work streams in a strategic and generalist HR capacity. Prior to their role as an HR Business Partner, Barbara worked as an HR Advisor at Imperial War Museums from May 2008 to April 2015. Before joining Imperial War Museums, Barbara was an HR Adviser at The Angel Group from September 2004 to May 2008.

Barbara Kozlowicz completed their first Master's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness at Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego i Sportu im. Jędrzeja Śniadeckiego w Gdańsku from 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued another Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at London South Bank University, which they completed from 2008 to 2011.
