Michael Thornton

Michael Thornton is an experienced professional in the electric power infrastructure industry, currently serving as a Board Member at the Electric Power Infrastructure Club of Oklahoma (EPIC) since March 2023. As the President of Imperium Utility Services since March 2021, and Vice President for its joint venture with Centerphase Energy, Michael has also held key leadership positions in safety and operations management across multiple organizations, including Cobra Energy and Patriot Solutions, LLC. With a strong background in training and development, Michael co-owned and managed TMT International Beauty College, focusing on curriculum development and operational efficiency. Michael holds an Associate's Degree in Business Technology from Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City.
