Nick Flores

Nicolas Flores is an accomplished Account Director at Imperium, where responsibilities include managing a portfolio of over 75 customer accounts, achieving over 105% of targets consistently, and overseeing comprehensive customer experience initiatives. Prior to Imperium, Nicolas served as a Senior Delivery Manager at Dynata, focusing on sales partnerships, survey design, and research best practices. Nicolas also spent nearly a decade at Research Now in various roles, including Account Director, where the focus was on strategic account management within the consulting and private equity sectors. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Information Management and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Texas A&M University.
