Avner Sternheim

Avner Sternheim has extensive work experience in the software engineering field, spanning over several companies. Avner is currently employed at Imperva as a Principal Software Engineer since March 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Technical Lead for the company from September 2020 to March 2022, and as a Senior Software Engineer from July 2017 to September 2020.

Before joining Imperva, Avner worked at STANLEY Healthcare as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2016 to July 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Verint from September 2011 to January 2016.

Additionally, Avner also has experience as an Interfaces Team Leader at 3i-MIND from April 2010 to August 2011, and as an R&D Manager at BluePhoenix Solutions from January 2008 to November 2009. Avner had previously worked as a Java Developer at BluePhoenix Solutions from June 2004 to December 2007.

Avner'searly work experience includes serving as a Java and Powerbuilder developer at Outlook systems from March 1998 to June 2003.

From 1999 to 2003, Avner Sternheim attended The Open University of Israel, where they earned a B.A. degree in Computer Science and Management.
