Medha Rangnekar has extensive work experience in customer success management and technical support roles. Medha started their career as an Electrical Design Engineer at Crompton Greaves Limited, where they collaborated with a cross-functional team to implement a sales order processing system and represented the R&D team for ISO 9000 Certification Audit.

After that, Medha worked as an Applications Engineer at Animatics Corporation and as a Software Development Engineer at KLA, where they developed software applications and an online training system.

Medha then joined Autoweb.com as a Software Engineer, contributing to their online marketplace for the automotive industry.

Moving on to ePeople, Medha worked as a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of web-based collaborative support application software.

Medha has been the Director of Global Enterprise Customer Success Management, overseeing a team responsible for driving customer outcomes, retention, and growth for over 250 Enterprise accounts. Medha has also served as the Director of Customer Experience and Manager of Enterprise Customer Success Management (Americas), where they managed a team of Customer Success Managers and focused on coaching and achieving impressive results.

Medha Rangnekar holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Santa Clara University. Medha also has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Business Management from the University of Mumbai.
