Debra Bell

Debra Bell has an extensive background in consulting and content development, currently working as a retired professional at Bell Consulting Services since June 2021, and serving as an independent consultant for both PGi and Florida City Gas since December 2019. At PGi, Debra revised and reformatted essential security documents, while also developing user guides for their conferencing solutions. Concurrently, Debra created BPM diagrams and instructional aids for customer service representatives at Florida City Gas during a system transition. Previously, Debra was an independent consultant for The Home Depot, developing financial narrative standards, and at Bell Information Consultants, LLC, capturing and documenting organizational processes. From June 2000 to June 2018, Debra held the position of Senior Content Developer at ADP, where extensive documentation for payroll processing software was produced. Debra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Kennesaw State University.
