Joseph LaPadula has a strong background in sales, particularly in the medical device industry. Joseph started their career in 1995 at BIOTRONIK, where they served as a Principal Representative. In this role, they built sales, marketing, and logistics strategies for CRM pacemaker and implantable defibrillator sales, expanding market share and acquiring new accounts. In 2012, LaPadula joined St. Jude Medical as the VP of Sales-Senior Consultant. Joseph led the rollout of sales and marketing strategies for medical devices, meeting with healthcare professionals and ensuring sales targets were met. In 2017, they joined Rightway as the SVP of Sales, where they played a crucial role as a founding employee and investor. LaPadula developed the early-stage sales strategy, engaging with stakeholders and using a tech-forward approach to drive business growth. Currently, they are the Regional Sales Manager at Implicity, where they are responsible for regional sales operations.
