Akta Joshi

Akta Joshi currently serves as Director of Corporate Counsel at Impossible Foods, where responsibilities include corporate governance, managing international subsidiaries, financings, equity matters, and corporate transactions since August 2020. Previously, at Fenwick, Akta worked as a Startup Associate, focusing on startup counseling, venture financings, M&A, joint ventures, and corporate governance from October 2017 to July 2020.
