Brian Oberlin

Brian Oberlin is a highly experienced process engineer, currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Impossible Foods since April 2020, following a role as Process Engineer. Prior to this, Brian held various positions at Oil-Dri Corporation of America from November 2015 to April 2020, where responsibilities included developing and refining production processes and providing technical support for product development. Initial experiences include a role as Research Associate during a co-op at Civitas Therapeutics, where optimization of a spray drying process for a Parkinson's drug was key. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Northeastern University.
