Cristina Bleicher

Cristina Bleicher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in demand strategy, operations, and financial services. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Demand Strategy & Operations at Impossible Foods since June 2019, Cristina has also held roles as Growth Manager and MBA Intern/Consultant at the same organization. With an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, where Cristina was Co-President of the Food & Agriculture Club and led a team to victory in a sustainable food packaging competition, the academic background includes studies in sustainable business and data analytics. Prior experience includes senior associate positions at Root Capital, focusing on financing socially and environmentally impactful agribusinesses, and at EY, where Cristina advised on financial services regulations. Additionally, Cristina served as a Senior Bank Examiner for the Massachusetts Division of Banks, reviewing compliance practices in the financial sector.
