Yui le

Yui Le (Nishi) currently serves as the Director of Corporate Counsel at Impossible Foods since October 2018, following a role as Corporate Counsel at Square from April 2016 to October 2018. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from November 2013 to April 2016 and at Shearman & Sterling LLP from October 2011 to October 2013, as well as Summer Associate roles at Shearman & Sterling LLP in 2008 and 2009. Yui Le's career began in Investor Relations at Mizuho Securities USA from December 2005 to May 2007. Yui Le holds a J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and an MA in International Relations from New York University.
