Michael Stief

Michael Stief is an experienced professional in human resources, known for founding POSITIVE HR . MANAGEMENT in January 2002, where focus is placed on positive communication, leadership, team development, and strategy. Currently, Michael serves as the Head of People & Culture at Impower GmbH and as a lecturer at Hochschule für angewandtes Management, specializing in communication, facilitation, team development, and leadership.
