Mallory Frisby

Mallory Frisby (Osinga), MBA, currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Impressionz Printing, a position held since May 2021. With prior experience as an Onboarding & Orientation Specialist at Indian River State College from March 2017 to May 2021, Mallory focused on developing New Student Orientation programs and conducting recruitment presentations. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Impressionz Printing, Operations at Victory Tailgate, Brand Ambassador and Teaching Assistant at the University of Central Florida, Media Relations Assistant for the Orlando Predators, Suite Service Representative for the Jacksonville Jaguars, and Sponsorship Activation Specialist at the Orlando Predators. Mallory holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing focus from the University of Central Florida, complemented by a minor in Sports Business Management.
