Leo Quinto has a diverse work experience in customer service roles. Leo first worked at 5CA from 2017 to 2019, where they began as a Customer Service Agent and later became a Traffic Controller. Leo then served as a Senior Customer Service Advocate for Razer Inc., where they managed a team and improved customer support processes. In 2019, Leo joined Rosefield as the Head of Customer Service, where they built and developed the department from scratch, implemented WFH model during the COVID-19 crisis, and established training content and metrics.
Leo Quinto attended Centro Universitário da Grande Dourados from 2021 to 2025, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management.
