Software Engineer at Imprint

Esmeralda Montas started their work experience as a Software Engineer at Imprint in June 2021. Prior to that, they were a Undergraduate Research Assistant at Brown University from October 2017 to the present. In this role, they worked on creating optimised ASIC Verilog Code for embedded systems and received a competitive grant for image data processing. Esmeralda also worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Brown University from January 2020 to May 2020, where they assisted students in learning control theory and aided in software/hardware projects. Additionally, they were a Hardware Design Intern at Stochastic Inc from June 2020 to August 2020, where they performed algorithm-hardware co-design and optimization for probabilistic machine learning. Esmeralda also wrote and modified Verilog code for faster performance in large datasets.

Esmeralda Montas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Brown University, studying from 2017 to 2021.
