Elizabeth Reynolds

Elizabeth Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Elizabeth is currently employed at Improbable, where they hold the position of Lead People Partner, Corporate. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior People Partner and later transitioned to become a People Partner, specifically for the Games Technology Unit. Elizabeth also served as the Talent Operations Lead at Improbable.

Before joining Improbable, Elizabeth worked as the Director of Operations at Axis Arbor Partners LLP. Elizabeth also gained experience in operations and HR management as the Operations Manager & HR at Marlborough Partners, a debt advisory business.

Elizabeth's early career includes roles at Goldman Sachs, where they worked as an ADP Operations Manager and Senior Coordinator Team Lead in Human Capital Management. Elizabeth started their career as a Training Administrator at Gloucestershire Enterprise Ltd and worked as a Customer Services Administrator at hameln pharmaceuticals ltd.

Elizabeth Reynolds earned a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Geography from the University of Birmingham. Elizabeth also obtained a CIPD Level 5 Certificate in HR Management from Avado in 2018. Additionally, Elizabeth obtained a Mental Health First Aid Certificate from MHFA England in the same year. Prior to that, they completed their A-Levels at Sir Thomas Rich's Grammar School from 2004 to 2006 and their GCSEs at The High School for Girls, Denmark Road from 1999 to 2004.
