Mark Eavis has a diverse work experience, starting as an Apprentice Chef at Hilton Worldwide in 2004. Mark then worked as a Commis Chef before becoming a Chef De Partie at Hilton Hotels Worldwide. In 2010, Mark transitioned to the field of IT by joining Amicus ITS as a Service Desk Analyst. Mark eventually became an IT Service Desk Team Lead, managing a team of analysts. In 2017, Mark moved to Care UK, where they continued to work as an IT Service Desk Manager and was later promoted to the role of Service Desk Manager. Mark joined Practice Plus Group in 2020 as an IT Service Desk Manager before moving to their current role as the Head of IT Service Management at Improbable in 2022.

Mark Eavis attended Southampton City College from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained a CompTIA A+ degree in the field of I.T. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they studied at Motherwell College, completing an SVQ degree in Hospitality and Catering Level 2 and 3. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value from QA Ltd in October 2023, ITIL Foundation V4, and ITL Foundation V3. Mark also acquired an HP APS certification from Amicus ITS.
