Angel Heredia Uscanga

Angel Heredia Uscanga has worked for several companies over the past five years. In 2017, they started as a Becario at Accenture Mexico. In 2018, they moved to CLAdirect as a Project Manager & Inside Sales. In 2019, they worked as a Key Account Manager at T-Systems Mexico. In 2021, they worked as a Customer Relationship Manager at Shopee and a Key Account Manager at Clara. Angel currently works as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Improvado.

Angel Heredia Uscanga attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Systems Engineering. In 2016, they attended TBS Education for a semester abroad in Business Administration and Management. In 2022, they completed a Data Analytics Bootcamp with Ironhack and obtained a Data Analytics Part Time Remote Mexico Bootcamp certification from the same institution.
