Rohit Kasle has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2014 when they were an Academic Co-ordinator at Government Polytechnic Mumbai. In 2015, they joined Jet Airways as an Operations Executive, eventually becoming a Team Lead and Senior Operations Executive. In 2019, they were an Operations Officer at GoAir and a Visiting Professor at Government Polytechnic Mumbai. In 2021, they took on the role of Operations & Customer Success Manager at TRRAIN Circle, and is currently a Customer Success Manager at SelfDrvn Enterprise.

Rohit Kasle completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Technology at the University of Mumbai in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their H.S.C. from Patuck Jr. College in 2010. In 2013, they obtained a Maharashtra State Certificate in Information Technology from the Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL). In 2019, they obtained an Indian RTR 'A' (Radio Telephony Aeronautical) License from the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing.
