Josué Rodríguez Castillo has a diverse work experience. Josué started their career in 2013 as a Web Developer for the Penitentiary System of Colima, where they were responsible for requirements analysis, back-end development, and database management. In 2013, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a DBA, where they created billing reports, provided technical support to non-technical users, and presented solutions to customers and managers. In 2014, Josué became a Deployment Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they handled manual application deployment. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an L2 Support Engineer at VIVRI, leading end-user applications, reviewing software documentation, and analyzing customer tickets. Since 2018, Josué has been working as a Technical Support Engineer at iTexico.

Josué Rodríguez Castillo attended Universidad de Colima from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telematics with a focus on Computer Science. In September 2019, they obtained the CB Protection Certified Associate Analyst certification from VMware Carbon Black.
