Mansi Pancholi Nandani has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mansi started their career as an intern at Development Alternatives, where they worked on Household Water Treatment and Safe Storage projects. Mansi then worked at Bridge Point Skills & Network as a Training and Skill Development professional, responsible for business development, client relations, marketing, and training programs. Mansi later took on the role of Business Development Manager at the same company, overseeing Bridge Classes for Schools and Corporate Training Solutions.

Mansi also served as an Assistant Manager at ABEC Exhibitions & Conferences Private Ltd., where they played a crucial role in organizing educational events and workshops. Mansi then joined Aushadhi Wellness Pvt. Ltd. as a Marketing Manager, contributing to the growth of the company within the seed stage of Wiptech Peripherals Pvt. Ltd.

In 2017, Mansi became a Marketing Manager at G T Power Solution Pvt. Ltd, focusing on renewable energy and clean power solutions. Mansi later joined factoHR - HR Solution for Growth as a Manager for Strategic Alliance & Partnership and Business Development, where they drove partnerships with key industry players and represented the company at industry events.

Mansi Pancholi Nandani began their education at Nirmala Convent School from 1998 to 2006, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Later, they attended Saurashtra University, Rajkot, from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing. Finally, Mansi pursued a post-graduate diploma in Sustainable Development Practices at Birla Institute of Management and Technology (BIMTECH) from 2012 to 2014.
