Brianne Treffner

Spacecraft Development Engineer at Impulse Space Propulsion

Brianne Treffner has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2015 when they were a Fine Dining Server at Shanahan's Steakhouse. In 2017, they became a Red Rock Community College STEM Scholar and an Undergraduate Student Researcher at The University of Alabama in Huntsville. Brianne also served as an Advisor, President, and Secretary for the Colorado School of Mines Branch of the AIAA. In 2019, they were a Project Lead and Machine Shop Graduate Student Employee at the Colorado School of Mines Rocksat-X, and a Fellowship Recipient for the Matthew Isakowitz Fellowship Program. Currently, they are a Structures Engineer at Millennium Space Systems, A Boeing Company, and a Propulsion Systems Engineer at ABL Space Systems.

Brianne Treffner received their Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the Colorado School of Mines in 2020. Brianne then continued at the same school and obtained their Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2021. Prior to that, Treffner attended Red Rocks Community College in 2017-2018, where they studied Mechanical Engineering.
