Stefano Bartolini

Stefano Bartolini graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from the Faculty of Engineering at “La Sapienza” University in Rome and subsequently completed his studies at SDA-Bocconi.

He spent the first part of his working life at the Biesse Group: a leading international company in the design and construction of machine tools for wood, glass, stone, and other commonly used materials. Within this company, he covered the following roles: Business Unit Director, Industrial Director, and Group Technical Director.

He then became the Organisational Transformation Manager of Cefla (a multibusiness cooperative company), while simultaneously serving as Technical and R&D Director at the Cefla Finishing Business Unit. Furthermore, he became Managing Director of the Shopfitting Business Unit at Cefla. The latter is a leader in the design and construction of sales outlets for both Large Scale Retailing and Large Scale Specialised Retailing.

He has been working at IMS TECHNOLOGIES since 2020 where he holds the position of Group Engineering Director. Moreover, he is responsible for product development and innovation.
