Ernst Zwikker, CPA

Ernst Zwikker, CPA has extensive work experience in financial management and accounting. Ernst is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at ImStem Biotechnology, Inc since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President Corporate Controller at PureTech Health from January 2020 to May 2022.

From May 2018 to January 2020, Ernst worked as the Global Corporate Controller at Syneron Candela. Before that, they were the Controller Corporate Accounting and SEC Reporting at World Fuel Services from April 2016 to May 2018.

Ernst also has experience at PFIZER, where they were involved in SEC Reporting - Controllers Group from January 2014 to April 2016.

From June 2011 to December 2013, they worked as a specialist in External Reporting and Technical Accounting at HITACHI.

Prior to this, Ernst gained valuable experience as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1991 to 1993. Ernst also served as the Managing Partner at ZWA Business Consultants/US & EU from 1993 to 2011.

Ernst Zwikker, CPA holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Ernst also received a Master of Accounting (M.Acc.) degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. In addition to their educational qualifications, Ernst has obtained the certifications of CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant).
