Ann Facey

Ann Facey has extensive experience in various roles across different organizations. Ann started their career as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen in 1999 and later became a Manager at Unisys Corporation in 2002. Ann then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst at the Executive Office of the President in 2003. Ann returned to the private sector as a Program Manager and later Senior Program Manager at In-Q-Tel from 2007 to 2019. In 2021, they took on the role of Vice President of Portfolio Operations at In-Q-Tel.

Ann Facey obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics and Transportation from the University of Maryland in 1998. Ann then went on to pursue a dual MBA/MS degree from the University of Maryland, completing it in 2006. Finally, Ann earned their MBA in Information Systems from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2007.
