Sagar Thakurdesai

Sagar Thakurdesai has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on change management and development. Sagar is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at In-Solutions Global Ltd. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Change Management & Development at National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they worked as the Global Head of HR at 3i Infotech Ltd. from 2016 to 2018, and as the Vice President of HR from 2012 to 2016. Sagar has also held HR leadership positions at STAR CJ Network India Pvt. Ltd., ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited, eBay India Pvt. Ltd., and STAR India Pvt. Ltd. Sagar began their career as an HR Officer at ADFC Pvt. Ltd and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Avenues Incorporated.

Sagar Thakurdesai completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics between 1993 and 1998. Sagar then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1999 to 2001. In 2021, they enrolled in IMD to study Inspirational Leadership.
