Alena M.

Alena M. is a Senior Talent Manager at In The Black Media, responsible for managing day-to-day communication with a personal roster of talents and facilitating contract negotiations for influencer campaigns. Since April 2023, Alena has focused on optimizing influencer marketing strategies, client expectations, and campaign monitoring. Prior experience includes serving as an Influencer Marketing Manager at HypeFactory, where Alena researched and managed influencers globally, collaborated on campaign strategies, and oversaw performance reporting. Alena also worked as a Ride Operator at Cedar Point Amusement Park during a summer job. Alena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Oriental and African Studies from the Higher School of Economics, completed in July 2020.
