Sadhak Sengupta

Sadhak Sengupta, PhD, currently serves as Senior Director of R&D at IN8bio, where leadership focuses on developing novel cellular immunotherapy for various malignancies. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Immunology R&D at Triumvira Immunologics, leading projects on cell therapy drug candidates and fostering collaborative research teams. Sadhak also held positions as Associate Director at Luye Lifesciences USA, where innovation in CAR-T technology was emphasized, and as Assistant Professor at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, overseeing research programs at local medical centers. Research expertise includes leading brain tumor immunotherapy programs at both Rhode Island Hospital and Roger Williams Medical Center, with notable contributions to CAR-T cell development and neoantigen vaccine discovery.
