EA 2160 - Mer, Molécules, Santé, where they taught Biology and conducted research on PUFA biosynthesis in marine microalgae. In 2009, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev - Microalgal Biotechnology Laboratory, where they conducted research on genetic engineering approaches for enhanced oil and lipid production from microalgae. In 2012, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at the National University of Ireland, Galway - Department of Botany - Algal Biosciences, where they conducted research on microalgae as potential alternative sources of bioactive compounds for food applications. In 2015, they were a R&D Researcher and Microalgal Biotechnologist at Algae Health Ltd., where they developed an innovative, environmentally friendly and sustainable new source for nutritional compounds. In 2018, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Villefranche Oceanographic Laboratory (Laboratoire d’Océanographie de Villefranche-sur-Mer / LOV). Finally, in 2019, they were a R&D Researcher and Chief Scientific Officer at inalve.
